Warhammer 40k
Warhammer 40,000 is a tabletop wargame and expansive universe by Games Workshop set in a grimdark future where humanity, demons and aliens are locked in an endless battle for survival and conquest. Warhammer 40k has a plethora of iconic factions to choose from, such as the noble Space Marines, savage Orks, mysterious Eldar, and the sinister forces of Chaos.
How to get started with Warhammer 40k
To get started with Warhammer 40k, you’ll need a few essentials: a rulebook, miniatures to represent your chosen army, dice, and measuring tools. Games Workshop provides a variety of starter and boxed sets designed to introduce newcomers to the game or help boost an existing army.
The kits come unbuilt and unpainted, so you will also need some clippers, glue and painting equipment – how you build and paint them though is entirely up to you!
If you are interested in the world of Warhammer 40,000, but don’t want to dive straight into setting up an entire army, then you may want to look at Warhammer 40k: Kill Team, where you control a single squad instead of bull battalions
