Death Guard

The Death Guard are a deadly faction in Warhammer 40,000, twisted by the corrupting influence of Nurgle, the Chaos God of decay and pestilence. Formerly loyal servants of the Imperium, they are now walking embodiments of disease, decay, and endless suffering, spreading their foul contagions across the galaxy.

On the tabletop, the Death Guard are a durable, resilient force with a focus on enduring pain and overwhelming opponents with plagues and toxins. Their heavily armoured troops, like Plague Marines, are tough to eliminate and can weather a tremendous amount of damage. They also wield powerful contagions and powerful Daemon Engines such as the Plagueburst Crawler to devastate enemies.
